Our Mind Over Manga tour just gets better and better — we’ve just added a trip to go see Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (Gake no ue no Ponyo), the new film by Hayao Miyazaki (“Princess Mononoke,” “Spirited Away”), in Japanese theaters! Years ago I saw Spirited Away in theaters on an exchange program and it was an incredible experience, even though I couldn’t understand a word of it. The best part — we’ll be able to talk to one of Miyazaki’s most beloved collaborators the same week, and of course visit the Ghibli Museum (below).
