“Tokyo Character Street” Opens Under Tokyo Station

Fourteen shops selling merchandise from movies, manga and anime, plus one restaurant, located in the underground shopping arcades at Tokyo Station have officially organized.

The shops focus on various franchises, including Ultraman, Studio Ghibli, Sanrio, Dragon Ball, Gundam and more, including shops for nearly every major TV production company. They are all part of Tokyo Ichibangai, the underground shopping arcade whose location allows the shops to boast a “0-minute” walk from Tokyo Station.
