We depart the urban sprawl of LA on a flight to Tokyo!

After changing our dollars into yen, we'll take a bus to our hotel and get checked in. If the jet lag isn't getting to you, join us for a trip up scenic Tokyo Tower to catch a glimpse of the city around you. Click on the option link below for details!

We'll start our morning in Ikebukuro checking out the fujoshi-centric Otome Road, where yaoi doujinshi, merchandise, and other goodies are all easy to find.  We'll also make a stop at Sunshine City, a multi-story building complex that houses a skyscraper with an observation deck and the indoor theme park, Namco Namja Town.

No visit to Ikebukuro is complete without a visit to a butler cafe, where the attentive staff of garçons are waiting to serve both the stomach and the eyes.

For the highlight of our evening, we'll be attending a concert featuring some of our favorite ogle-worthy boys!  And to properly prepare for the hype, we'll participate in a fan meet-up before the show, where you'll be able to share your fangirling love with your fellow soul sisters.

Every girl's got a different idea of paradise, so this morning is all about choices! You'll be able to go off and prowl the town as you wish, or you can choose to join us for any or all of our optional morning activities.

Early risers will have the option to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the Tsukiji Fish Market, as well as sample a taste of the day's fresh catch. 

For the artistically inclined, join us as we browse the Design Festa! And anyone in need of a breather can come take a dip in the hot springs of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari.  Click below for more details!

In the afternoon, we'll meet up at Shinjuku, home of the Square Enix store and Tokyu Hands, a department store specializing in a wide variety of uniquely Japanese products, such as games, costumes, hobby materials, and DIY supplies.

Fangirling can take a lot out of you, so we'll replenish our energy reserves at an all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant!

We'll take a look at the more historical side of Tokyo when we visit Asakusa! Squeeze your way through lively crowds of locals and bustling vendors as we participate in the gaiety of the Sanja Matsuri, one of Tokyo's biggest and wildest annual festivals. Feel free to browse around for interesting souvenirs and delicious snacks!

After we've had our fill we'll be off to Akihabara, also known as electric town, where you can shop to your hearts content for all the latest Japanese video game and music merchandise.

A surprise special guest will be joining us for the fun tonight!  Come ready with your burning questions for an intimate meet-and-greet.  Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to fangirl the night away with our guest as she joins us for the Roppongi Kingyo, a cabaret full of beauties in drag!

It's shopper's paradise today, as we peruse the streets of Tokyo's hottest boutique fashion districts!

We'll scour our way through Takeshita St. in Harajuku, where you'll get to experience the vibrant power of Japan's street fashion and pick up some kakoii threads for yourself and your friends back home.  And for an ounce of nostalgia, our visit to the famed Meiji Shrine will be sure to spark some child-like wonder inside.

Next, we'll hit Shibuya, where you'll be able to give ol' Hachiko a pat, traverse the famous pedestrian scramble crossing, and shop some of the leading indie and contemporary fashion trends.

Not quite ready to head home? We've got you covered! Join us as we hop a shinkansen for Kyoto and three extra days of adventure! After checking in at our hotel, we'll head for the famed "golden pavilion" of Kinkakuji before making our way across the squeaky nightingale flooring of Nijo Castle.

If the castle crawling has you feeling like trying out your ninja skills, join us for an optional visit to a Ninja Cafe and Labyrinth!

We spend the morning journeying to Takarazuka to check out the famed Takarazuka Theatre, where all the roles are played by women! If you like, check out a full show or just the museum. After that, we'll take a break before making our way into the famed Osaka Castle.

After the glitz and history, we'll head down to Shinsaibashi and Namba, where Osaka goes to party! Have a sampling of the local cuisine, play in the gigantic arcades, shop the boutiques, or just relax in a local cafe - the choice is yours!

Get ready for a walk through some of Japan's most famous destinations! If you want to get into character before your journey, you can choose to get a maiko "makeover" and experience what it's like to be a geisha in training!

Our first stop is the famous Kiyomizu Temple overlooking the city. If the view doesn't make your heart skip a beat, the "love shrine" behind the temple might. ^_^

Next, it's off to the gorgeous Nanzenji Temple Area (we'll sneak in the back way - the view is better that way) before heading to Ginkakuji and one of the world's most impressive zen rock gardens.

Finally, in the evening, we'll gather for one last dinner followed by games, karaoke, and whatever other mischief we can create!
