The process is simple: if you are part of a University club (for example: a Japanese Student Association, Manga circle, anime club, etc.), send us an e-mail to go@popjapantravel.com or fill out our contact form with the subject “Student Tours” and the following information:

• Your name
• Your organization/club name
• Your title in the organization, if any (president, treasurer, etc.)
• University name and location + preferred airports for departure

Then, we’ll consult with you to put together a tour for your group! Not only will you get our best rates for students, but the more people you bring on your tour, the cheaper it will be. Who knows – if you get a large group to go, we can even include a guide!
